Privacy policy
Kitchen Rush is a single-player cooking game provided by MCODE. This policy covers the mobile game, this website and messages you send to support.
Information in the game
The game stores campaign progress, stars, best scores, earned coins, supply inventory, ad pacing limits and effect settings locally. MCODE does not receive this gameplay or save data automatically. When ads are enabled, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or share the device IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), device identifiers such as an advertising ID where available, ad and app interactions (including ad views and taps), and performance or diagnostic information. Google uses this information for ad delivery, analytics, fraud prevention and SDK improvement. The game requests non-personalized ads and enables Google’s Limited Ads mode, so ads are not selected based on your past behavior and ad features requiring a local identifier are disabled. Google may still process the device IP address to deliver ads, and programmatic Limited Ads may use local storage only to detect invalid traffic. The SDK may also process ad interactions, performance or diagnostic information for measurement, analytics, fraud prevention and SDK improvement. Google UMP presents consent messages where required; you can reopen available ad privacy choices from Effects settings. The game does not request access to contacts, camera or microphone.
Your device or app store may process information under its own policies. If you enable operating-system backups, local app data may be included in those backups. MCODE does not operate a cloud-save service or have access to your device backups.
When you contact us
If you email hello@mcode.hr, we receive your email address and any name, message, diagnostic details or attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate your issue and provide support. Please do not send passwords, payment information or other sensitive information.
This website
This site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. When you visit it, Google processes technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver the site, detect abuse and operate the service. Firebase describes retention of Hosting IP data as a few months. See Firebase's privacy and security information for details.
We have not added analytics, advertising trackers, account sign-in or tracking cookies to this site. Firebase Hosting is used for this website; it is not integrated into the game's gameplay or progress storage.
Purposes and sharing
We use support correspondence to help you and resolve problems. Google processes ad-related information under its own applicable terms and privacy policy to select, deliver, measure and protect ads. MCODE does not receive your ad profile or local gameplay save. We do not sell personal information. Email and hosting providers process information needed to provide their services. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until it is removed. On Android, clearing the game's app data removes its local save. Deleting the app may also remove it; device backups are managed separately in your operating-system settings. Removing data can permanently erase progress, coins and supplies.
We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to address the request, manage related follow-up or meet applicable legal obligations. Google determines retention for information processed by its advertising services under its own policies. You can request deletion of information you have sent to us by emailing hello@mcode.hr. We cannot delete local data or device backups remotely because we do not control them.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, and receive a portable copy where applicable. If an ad privacy choices option is shown in Effects settings, use it to review or change consent through Google UMP. You can also report an ad from Effects settings or contact us at hello@mcode.hr. For information processed by Google, see Google’s Privacy Policy and use the privacy controls available in the app or on your device. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
Children
Kitchen Rush is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13. The game does not knowingly collect children's personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information to support can contact us to request its removal.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable measures to protect information sent to us, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the game or our practices change. The effective date above will reflect the latest version. The provider of Kitchen Rush is MCODE. For privacy questions, contact hello@mcode.hr.
